By using the website hanksappliancerental.com or entering into a rental agreement with Hanks Appliance Rental LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number to Hanks Appliance Rental LLC, you consent to receive automated and manually sent SMS text messages related to your rental account. These messages may include payment reminders, billing notifications, and account updates.

Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per month depending on account activity.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Rental Services

Hanks Appliance Rental LLC provides appliance rental services including washers, dryers, stoves, and refrigerators to customers in Milwaukee County and Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Specific terms of each rental are governed by the individual rental agreement signed at the time of installation.

4. Payments

Monthly rental payments are processed automatically via Stripe on your billing date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service interruption.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hanks Appliance Rental LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior month.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
